First day
Title : Arrival in Sulmona
Description : Arrival in Sulmona at hotel that will host us. Briefing with Tour Leader. Dinner and overnight.
Second day
Title : Sulmona - Rocca di Cambio
Description : Challenging route that allows us to know the Subequana Valley crossing Prezza, Goriano Sicoli and Castelvecchio Subequo villages. The first climb opens a splendid view to the valley, we get to Castelvecchio Subequo, one of the places frequented by Francesco d'Assisi. Dinner and overnight.

Third day
Title : Rocca di Cambio - Assergi/Fonte Cerreto
Description : Today’s route brings us to know the territory of L'Aquila and it’s view on the Piana di Navelli and the Gran Sasso. We will cycle in the Sirente Velino Regional Park, also touched in the previous stage. We visit the convent of Sant'Angelo. Dinner and overnight.

Fourth day
Title : ssergi/Fonte Cerreto - Pietracamela
Description : Today we cycle towards San Pietro della Ienca, a shrine dedicated to Pope John XXIII, along an Apennine ridge closed to vehicular traffic, inside the National Park. After about 20 km we will join the Gran Sasso road, coming from the Capannelle pass. Dinner and overnight.

Fifth day
Title : Pietracamela – Castilenti
Description : The route starts with a descent for about 10 km, we follow the white roads of Val Vomano to Montorio and from there we climb towards Cermignano, Cellino Attanasio up to Castilenti. Dinner and overnight.

Sixth day
Title : Castilenti – Santo Stefano di Sessanio
Description : Today we will cross the Gran Sasso National Park, cycling up towards Penne we reach the homonymous Lake and after proceed towards Farindola following the road Rigopiano / Vado di Sole, crossed by Giro d'Italia cyclists. Dinner and overnight.

Seventh day
Title : Santo Stefano di Sessanio - Sulmona
Description : Today’s route allows us to know Rocca di Calascio and the Ladyhawke’s castle . After this visit and a little stop we head to the Piana di Bussi from where flanking the River Tirino. We stop to admire a Lake of Capo d'Acqua. Dinner and overnight.

Eighth day
Title : Departure
Description : After the breakfast at hotel, the individual return to your destinations. End of servicies.
